I'm reading talks by Elder Scott this week. I read his most recent address today, the one he gave about eternal marriage this past conference. It was a wonderful talk to read, and helped me want to become a better spouse.
He talked about how we are here to try and learn how to love eternally like our Heavenly Father, and marriage plays a big role in that. We marry someone because we plan on loving them eternally, and if our love is centered around Christ, it can grow and mature and become the kind of love our Heavenly Father has for each one of us. It was an inspiring talk to read.
